Online streaming users THE number of online streaming service users in China had reached 609 million as of June this year, according to an industry report released yesterday. Poverty alleviation CHINA’S Central Government has dispensed in advance part of its 2019 poverty alleviation fund to local governments, the Ministry of Finance said Tuesday.
