On December 9, Crown Dream International Education (CDIE) held its first parent briefing at Shenzhen Vanke Qianhai International Conference Center. Its flagship kindergarten will start accepting students next year. The kindergarten is located in Hongjing Garden, Bao’an District, covering nearly 5,000 square meters. It is equipped with a STEM innovation zone, diverse culture zone, indoor gym and dance studio. At the briefing, the CDIE superintendent Liu Jia explained that Crown Dream will cooperate with the British International Education Association and the famous St. Teresa’s School to introduce the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum at Crown Dream. The U.K. Ofsted Inspector, Sharron Fogarty, further explained that the EYFS curriculum is a well-adopted British early education standard. It focuses on seven areas of early childhood learning and development: communication and language; physical development; personal, social and emotional development; literacy; mathematics; understanding the world; and expressive art and design.
