Workers set up the stage for the China Central Television (CCTV) Spring Festival Gala at the south square of the Shenzhen Civic Center yesterday. Shenzhen is one of the three subvenues nationwide for the live broadcast of this year’s gala to be staged on the night of Feb. 4, the eve of the Lunar New Year.
