Last season

CBS has announced that “Criminal Minds” will be ending with Season 15.

The long-running crime drama about a group of FBI behavioral profilers recently celebrated its 300th episode. The final 10 episodes will reportedly air during the 2019-2020 television season.

Film fest

MIMI DEGRUY’S “Diving Deep: The Life and Times of Mike deGruy,” a documentary about the biologist and filmmaker who filmed rare sea creatures around the world, will open the 34th edition of the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, which will run Jan. 30 to Feb. 9.

The fest, which will feature 63 world premieres and 59 U.S. premieres from 48 countries, will close with Wyatt Daily’s “Spoons: A Santa Barbara Story,” a look at the community’s surfers and innovators.

Fake news

DWAYNE JOHNSON has hit out at a British tabloid for publishing what he calls a “100% fabricated” interview that quotes the American actor criticizing millennials and “smacking down snowflakes.” Johnson said the interview with the Daily Star newspaper — which appeared on its front page and was billed as an “exclusive” — never took place.
