Liyuan Education Group was officially established on February 18, according to a statement in the founding ceremony held at Shenzhen Futian Liyuan Primary School.

Shenzhen Futian Liyuan Primary School, the predecessor of Liyuan Education Group, was built in 1981 and is an elite school that grows with Shenzhen. After years of development, Shenzhen Futian Liyuan Primary School has achieved remarkable results. It has received many honors and awards, including “The First National Civilized Campus,” “Top 600 Famous Chinese Schools,” “National Red Flag Brigade,” and “National Sports Work Model School.”

The new Liyuan Education Group will have four major campuses, namely Tongxinling Campus, Baihua Campus, Weipeng Campus and Zhongfu Campus, and Baishaling Teaching School and the Bagualing Campus is currently under construction, according to a Futian authority. To better educate, high quality resources will also be utilized in every campus.

The establishment of Liyuan Education Group will further enhance the quality of educational resources of the prestigious schools, effectively break the barriers between the school and districts in Shenzhen, promote education equity, and drive the balanced and high-level development of education in Futian, according to Futian District Education Bureau.

Liyuan Education Group will export advanced educational concepts, successful management models, quality education courses, effective teaching methods and excellent teaching faculties, according to Li Xinfeng, principle of Liyuan Education Group and the headmaster of Shenzhen Futian Liyuan Primary School. The group will gradually enable the sharing of teachers, courses, evaluation, management, facilities and equipment in all the campuses, promote the integration of school culture, and let students, parents and teachers enjoy the educational resources.
