Talent introduction system goes online
    2019-02-22  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

TALENTS who want to work in Shenzhen can apply for approval online instead of handing in printed certificates starting Feb. 28, when the talent application and approval system at https://sz12333.gov.cn/rcyj is put into use, according to the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

The program was jointly implemented by the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau and Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission.

College graduates, on-job talents, talents who have returned from overseas and post-doctoral researchers and their spouses and children can apply for hukou and employment approval by uploading their applications online. After approval, the authorities can push notifications to the applicants, and they can print the approval results and settle their hukou registrations at police stations.

Employers who want to introduce talents first need to register at http:// www.gdzwfw.gov.cn. College graduates and on-job employees can apply through their employers and agencies. The bureau has designated 19 agencies, talent introduction centers at city and district levels, to engage in talent introduction business.

Employers and agencies are reminded to ensure the authenticity and credibility of the application materials.

To reduce the risk of scams during the application and approval process, authorities will implement a credit system. The online approvals will apply to those with good credit records.

Those with untrustworthy records, violations or crimes within a certain time period need to apply at counters. Applicants who are found to have used false documents or violated related rules will be recorded in the personal credit system.
