Garbage classification

A TEAM of 54 volunteers will start providing guidance and lectures on garbage classification in communities and schools across the city.

It is the first batch of volunteers to have completed a training program on garbage classification initiated by the city’s urban administration bureau in February.

Residents can apply for the training by visiting the official website of the urban administration bureau or its WeChat account on garbage classification.

New park plan

SHENZHEN will build 13 wetland parks, forest parks, nature reserves and geoparks by 2020 to enhance the protection of wildlife, according to an online talk with the public on wildlife protection organized by the city’s planning and nature resources bureau recently.

New hospital building

A NEW building of Shenzhen No. 3 People’s Hospital in Longgang District was put into use recently, offering 850 beds. Work on the new building started in September 2015. The building has 62,537 square meters of floor space.
