Nanshan Museum

An exhibition of more than 200 traditional Chinese paintings by Wei Yuanbo (1925-2015) is being staged at Nanshan Museum until May 22. Meanwhile, treasures on loan from Central China’s Henan Museum are also on display until next year. Entry is free.

Paintings and letters

Elegant paintings, letters and calligraphic works made by members of a Chinese cultural group active in the early 1900s are on display. Entry is free.

Bark paintings

Bark paintings, one of Australia’s great cultural treasures and one of the world’s oldest continuing art traditions, are on display. The 120 exhibited items, on loan from the National Museum of Australia, were made between 1948 and 1985. Entry is free.

Sea World

Frank F. Yang Art and Education Foundation and Design Society are jointly presenting “The Evolution of Communication” exhibition curated by Ying Kwok at Park View Gallery inside Sea World Culture and Arts Center until June 24. Entry is free. Meanwhile, the “Values of Design” exhibition, which is running until Aug. 4 at the center’s first floor, draws from the V&A’s extensive collection in London. The ticket is 50 yuan. Austrian graphic designer Henry Steiner, recognized as the “father of Hong Kong graphic design,” is exhibiting his exciting design works and collections on the second floor of the center until June 20. The ticket is also 50 yuan.
