TWELVE of China’s State key laboratories in areas of national defense and technology are open to the public from May 19 to 26 to promote their awareness in the country’s latest technological development.

Agreements inked

A TOTAL of 126 agreements with an estimated investment of over 108 billion yuan (US$15.6 billion) were inked at the third World Intelligence Congress on Sunday, according to the organizer.
