Law enforcement officers catch a stray dog in Longzhu Community in Xixiang Subdistrict, Bao’an District, yesterday. A citywide action was launched yesterday against stray dogs, and large and dangerous pet dogs, as well as uncivilized ways of raising dogs, such as walking dogs without a leash and keeping dogs without registration.
