Volunteer police officers take an oath at a ceremony marking the establishment of the first team comprising 5,000 volunteer police officers in Futian District yesterday. The team members consist of chiefs of rental buildings, supermarket managers, security guards, property management staff, restaurant personnel and night snack operators.
