‘Unknown City’ The “Unknown City” exhibition shows China’s contemporary architecture and explores the future of urban planning. The “Marine Life in the Forbidden City” multimedia exhibition, running until Oct. 8, takes visitors on a journey of discovering the mysteries of the sea creatures depicted by Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) painter Nie Huang. A new exhibition running until Nov. 10 at Park View Gallery is reinterpreting an ancient woodworking craft through its display of a variety of wooden mortise and tenon joints as well as sleek modern designs inspired by the near-forgotten craft.
