Dad leaves hilarious instructions to feed fox
    2019-12-26  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

A DAD who has been feeding a wild fox extravagant meals when it visits his garden each night left his daughter a brilliant to-do list while he was away.

Amy MacMillan was given instructions while she was left alone in the family home, but was surprised to see that her responsibilities included fixing dinner for an unexpected guest.

The well-fed fox has been visiting the family home for several months, where Amy’s dad treats the furry friend to two courses in the front garden, as reported by the Daily Record .

To ensure the fox wouldn’t be left disappointed, he instructed his daughter to continue the evening feeds, which involves serving dinner at 6 p.m., before putting out a supper at 10 p.m.

The note read: “Foxes dinner 6 p.m. 3 bigger bits of chicken or 4 chicken drumsticks.

“Supper 10 p.m. 4 dog stick chews. Handful of biscuits.”

He also stuck a sign written on an A4 piece of paper to the wall with an arrow, reminding her to feed the fox and showing her where it likes to receive its food.

It then goes on to give instructions on how to lock up the house.

Amy, from East Kilbride in the U.K., posted the hilarious notes on Twitter with the caption: “Ma dad has lost the plot.

“He’s been feeding a random fox in the front garden for months and has actual pinned up written instructions on how to feed it whilst he’s on holiday.”

One replied to the message “this is so cute” while another posted a string of laughing emojis.

Amy added an update to say she had bought her dad a fox keyring as a joke for Christmas “in case he misses it whilst he’s away.” (SD-Agencies)
