Children perform at the New Year Concert held at Shenzhen Children’s Palace yesterday. Nearly 500 children, including some from the Children’s Palace Art Troupe, gave performances, including singing and dancing, chorus, recitation and orchestral performances, to some 1,000 audience members. The annual public welfare event was first held in 2007 and has since become a platform to showcase the achievements of art education at Children’s Palace.       Sun Yuchen
