Frederic Pierucci, who penned a book titled “The American Trap,” speaks during a lecture delivered at the office building of the Shenzhen Municipal Justice Bureau on Saturday. By referring to his personal experience, Pierucci, who was also a former executive of the French multinational company Alstom SA, shared with the more than 500 audience members his views on how to manage compliance risks while being engaged in cross-border business operations. More than 3,000 people watched the lecture via online live broadcast. At Saturday’s event, Pierucci was also hired as an expert to cooperate with the compliance legal service center of China Commercial Law Firm.
