Medics bid farewell to their colleagues at the West China Hospital of Sichuan University in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province, before leaving for Italy yesterday. They are part of a five-member team from Sichuan sent to assist Italy in its fight against COVID-19. The team, consisting four medical experts and one Italian-language lecturer, will join a voluntary expert team organized by the Red Cross Society of China on the mission.
