Participants free fish and prawns into Dapeng Bay on Saturday. The event, organized by Shenzhen General Center for Fishing Service and Technology Promotion, marked National Fish Releasing Day. A total of 620,000 blackhead seabreams and 2.9 million giant tiger prawns were released that day. All the freed animals were inspected by the city’s aquatic animals quarantine station.
