APPLICANTS in Shenzhen, both individuals and enterprises, can now obtain their housing or land registration certificates through online pre-review service, according to the Shenzhen Real Estate Registration Center.

The online pre-review service applies to first-time registration for the use of land for construction, and first-time application for housing ownership, applications for transfers of ownerships of new homes and pre-owned apartments.

Applicants can upload their applications through the official website of the center, www.szreorc.com, or its WeChat account and iShenzhen app. Applicants can update the progress of pre-review through the online application platforms, or through text messages. After passing the pre-review, applicants can make a reservation within 20 days and submit documents at the center for an official application.

They can obtain the certificates at the scene, without necessarily visiting the center again.

The service is set to further optimize business environment in Shenzhen, officials at the center said. Enterprises and individuals can also apply at the center after their online application. (Han Ximin)
