‘Chinese Diaspora’

More than 400 photos taken by Hong Kong-born photographer Pok Chi Lau in the past 50 years are on display at the “Chinese Diaspora” exhibition until Aug. 30.

Hours: 10 a.m.-noon, 2-4:30 p.m., closed Mondays

Contemporary art

Artworks by contemporary artists Ron English, Takashi Murakami, Futura and Mo Di are on display at Bense Art Space, where you can also enjoy live jazz shows at night and buy merch of the artworks.

Dates: Until July 20

Hours: 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m.

‘Canvas Sculptures’

Artist Daniel Knorr is exhibiting his newly created “Canvas Sculptures” series until June 30. The series, a set of colorful polyurethane with wrinkles, is a continuing project of his 2013 series — “Depression Elevations,” for which he creates beautiful transparent-colored wall sculptures from casts of potholes.

Hours: 11 a.m.-8 p.m., closed Sundays and Mondays

‘Kartell Land’

The exhibition “Kartell Land — Celebrating 70 Years of Italian Design History” showcases the past and future of Kartell, an Italian furniture brand, with a selection of products from the Kartell Museum and its symbolic products over the past 30 years. The show, with nine areas, tells the story of Kartell’s evolution, the values of its industrial production and its design through art installations.

Dates: Until Aug. 30

Hours: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. (only open on weekends currently)

Venue: iADC Design Museum, Songfu Boulevard, Bao’an District (宝安区松福大道iADC设计博物馆)
