Fishing boats are berthed at a port in Sansha Township in Fujian Province yesterday as Hagupit, the fourth typhoon this year, is approaching the province. The National Meteorological Center (NMC) said the typhoon will make a landfall on the coastline between Zhejiang and Fujian yesterday evening or early today. According to the NMC, downpours are expected to lash parts of Zhejiang, Fujian and Taiwan from yesterday afternoon to this afternoon, with some areas receiving up to 200 mm of rainfall. Xinhua
