Libraries for village children
    2020-09-22  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Children read books in a new library in Enle Village, Luoping County in Yunnan Province, which was recently renovated by a public benefit team from Shenzhen University. After nine days of work, an abandoned primary school was reborn as a library. The team is made up of students from the university. With the support of teachers, the team has set up and is operating five public libraries in villages in Guangdong, Yunnan and Hunan provinces, which serve about 1,500 children with a total of 20,000 books. Pan Zhijie
