Tidal lane

THE tidal lane for vehicles using the section of Xiangmei Road between Lianhua Road and Xinwen Road, a road section linking Jingtian area and Shennan Boulevard, was put into use yesterday.

The tidal lane is available for northward vehicles from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and for southbound vehicles from 10 p.m. to 4 p.m.

New financial center

WORK on the new financial center in Xiangmihu will start before the end of the year, according to a release by the Futian District Government.

The illegal structures in the area have been dismantled, and instead, Shenzhen International Exchange Center, Shenzhen Hall of Reform and Opening Up, Shenzhen Finance and Culture Center and Shenzhen International Performance Center will rise in the area.
