Traffic restrictions THE ban on nonlocally registered vehicles running on roads during rush hours, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on workdays, is resumed starting from today, according to Shenzhen traffic police. Housing loans THE Shenzhen Branch of Bank of China said Saturday that it will issue loans based on the pre-owned housing reference price list released by the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, Shenzhen Economic Daily reported yesterday. At present, the Shenzhen branches of four State-owned banks, including China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China and Bank of China, have all answered the government’s call to adopt the official reference prices for pre-owned housing transactions as basis for bank mortgage loans.
