THE Ninth China Information Technology Exposition (CITE) will open its doors this Friday at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District.

A total of 1,500 exhibitors will release 10,000 new products and technologies in the fields of LCDs, new-generation communication technologies, big data, IoT and 5G during the three-day event that will end Sunday.

There will be 50 different seminars attended by the experts and industry leaders who have been invited to share ideas about future opportunities in the electronic information industry, applications of 5G in different industries, uses of information technologies, the functions of display technologies, and the current applications of basic electronic and IC technologies.

Visitors are advised to bring their ID cards.
