Builders work on a key urban underground pipe gallery yesterday in Dazongpo Tunnel in Longgang District near Baohe Station on the under-construction Shenzhen Metro Line 14. The pipe gallery will extend 26.9 kilometers through Luohu and Longgang districts. Underground pipe gallery refers to the public tunnel of municipal pipeline under the city for centralized pipe or wire laying of electricity, communications, radio and television, water supply, drainage, heat and gas, which is a modern, scientific and intensive urban infrastructure.Xinhua
