Lotus flowers are blooming in Honghu Park in Luohu District. The viewing area of lotus flowers in the park has reached 190,000 square meters this year, a bigger scale compared to previous years.

The blossom period will continue till the end of July or early August, according to the urban management authority.

The pandemic prevention and control measures have been strictly implemented in parks during the holiday to ensure safety.

At the same time, Shenzhen saw passenger trips on road, sea, air and rail travels reach 765,200 during the holiday, according to information released by the Shenzhen Municipal Transport Bureau.

During the holiday, the city’s daily passenger flow reached 255,100, showing a downside trend, said the bureau.
