The main towers of the Zhongshan Bridge, part of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, are under construction. The bridge’s west main tower (R) was topped off Sunday, according to the Guangdong Provincial Transportation Group’s announcement. There are two main towers in the east and west of the 1.17-kilometer Zhongshan Bridge. At present, the west main tower has been built to 206 meters, and a 7.5-meter steel tower crown will be installed on the top of the tower. The east tower is estimated to be capped in September.
