Visitors are seen at an exhibition showcasing Longhua District’s achievements in the construction of education buildings at Shenzhen Book City Longhua Store yesterday. Through 3D models, texts and pictures, the exhibition vividly presents information about the development of Longhua’s education industry since it became an administrative district five years ago. The number of schools in the district has increased from 31 in 2017 to the current 57, providing 47,000 more school admissions. Longhua leads the city in both the total number and the annual average growth rate of new school admissions. By 2025, the district is expected to achieve full community coverage for infant and toddler care services and have more than 58 newly built, renovated or expanded primary and middle schools.
