THE online service of transferring commercial housing loans to provident fund loans was officially launched in Shenzhen on Tuesday, according to the city’s housing and construction bureau. The service is currently available at Bank of Communications.

Land auctions

A TOTAL of 21 transactions amounting to 45.29 billion yuan (US$7 billion) were made in the bidding of 22 plots of residential land in Shenzhen on Tuesday, Shenzhen Economic Daily reported.

The 22 plots cover an area of 83.4 hectares, attracting 4-5 enterprises on average to bid on each land parcel except for one plot that drew no bidder.
