Expat service station

THE Xin’an Subdistrict Service Station for Expats in Bao’an District was officially inaugurated recently, offering one-stop consultation services.

The station is located at the third floor of Xin’an Comprehensive Service Building along Yongjia Road.

Consultation services cover issues related to work permits and high-end talent confirmation letters, visas and residence permits, expats’ Individual Income Tax (IIT), IIT subsidies for high-end talent, and social security and housing funds, among others. The station also offers supporting services such as notarization, consulate authentication, legal services for global commercial insurance, and translation and financial services.

The station is one of the first batch of “International Talent Block Creation Sites” designated by the Shenzhen Talent Work Bureau, in accordance with the “Guidelines for the Evaluation of International Talent Blocks.”

Ferry services

AFFECTED by the pandemic, round-trip ferry services from Shekou to Macao including Macao Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal and Taipa Ferry Terminal started to be suspended from Sunday, and the services from Shekou to Zhuhai’s Wailingding Island, Dong’ao Island and Guishan Island started to be suspended from yesterday, according to the operator Shenzhen Oceanus Group.
