Shenzhen fashion designer Zhao Huizhou (front) thanks the audience with models after a catwalk show displaying her collections in Milan, Italy, on Sunday night. Zhao, who has been promoting traditional Chinese culture through fashion design, themed her 12th show during the Milan Fashion Week on “the Ballad of Mulan,” an ancient story about Chinese legendary woman warrior Hua Mulan. Zhao’s previous shows in Milan all centered on traditional Chinese culture.
