130 performances at grand theater

    MORE than 130 performances and concerts will be held at the Qingdao Grand Theater this year, including drama and dance performances, music concerts, operas, musicals, Beijing operas and children’s plays.

    During the theater’s first drama and dance season, China’s top art troupes including the National Theater of China, China National Beijing Opera Company and Central Ballet Company and artists, such as Tao Hong, Qin Hailu, Zhu Yuanyuan and Xin Baiqing, will be staged in Qingdao.

    The 2011 spring music season features several concerts performed by internationally renowned musicians and pop stars, such as Qi Qin, Huang An and Zhang Haozhe.
