THE Chinese edition of popular talent TV program, “America’s Got Talent,” started recruiting in Qingdao recently for the second season, selecting 70 talented people to perform in the talent quest.

More than 300 people applied on the first day, hoping to pursue their dreams on stage.

The talent show is a reality TV show which has gained a wide audience across the country last year. It will have two seasons on air this year, aiming at attracting more people with special talent.

Apart from Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, the show also recruited from more than 20 cities across the country this year.

There will be another two selection competitions March 13 and 26 in Qingdao. Those interested can call 0532-8570-2328 for applications or register at www.qtv.com.cn. (Wang Yuanyuan, Wang Pin)
