Residents on Yancheng Road, Shinan District, are learning ikebana at the community center.

    The community center in Zhanshan Subdistrict, Shinan District, opened training courses for residents living in the neighborhood. The courses include computer science, calligraphy, singing, dancing and photography. It also has training programs for the unemployed, such as design, ikebana and nursing.
