HK’s highest observation deck to open
    2011-04-01  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

    Maggie Tang

SKY100, the only vantage point in Hong Kong that offers panoramic 360-degree views of the city, is scheduled for a trial opening in April.

Offering unparalleled views of the world’s best skyline, the observation deck is located on the 100th floor of the International Commerce Center (ICC), the tallest building in Hong Kong.

Sky100 will bring visitors an entertaining and informative travel experience all in one. To complement the incredible views, the deck features a wealth of multimedia exhibits and magnificent 3D projection devices, enabling a comprehensive perspective on the city’s culture and history.

Visitors can also use the interactive itinerary-planning technology to create tailor-made sightseeing itineraries. Served by knowledgeable ambassadors, the guest center allows visitors to gather local travel information.

Together with the itinerary planning devices, sky100 is Hong Kong’s first tourist spot to offer interactive and tailor-made sightseeing itineraries.

Sky100 will offer preferential rates to Hong Kong residents. Full details will be announced at a later stage.

Tickets are available for preliminary booking on sky100’s official Web site (www.sky100.com.hk) since this month. The observation deck will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
