Five hi-tech projects approved
    2011-04-05  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

FIVE high-tech projects, including an opto-electrical engineering center from China Meteorological Administration, an Internet of Things system for energy-saving lighting, Pangu Technological Park and touch screen and film production industrial parks, saw contracts signed with the city’s Hi-Tech Zone recently.

The opto-electrical engineering center is jointly invested and built by the Qingdao Opto-Electrical Engineering Technology Institute and the China Meteorological Administration, working on developing and industrializing detection equipment and solar energy observation station.

The Internet of Things projects will set up a research laboratory to work on integrated circuits’ design, sealing and testing.

The Pangu New Media Park with total investment of 230 million yuan will provide technological supports to the next generation of network technology, digital media technology and Internet of Things technology.
