THE city will hire 50 to 100 high-caliber professionals including foreign experts and students studying abroad in 2011.

Ten projects will be implemented bringing in professionals, according to the human resources and social security bureau.

The number of high-caliber professionals at the end of 2015 will double that of 2010.

The “443” Professionals Introduction Project, implemented between 2011 and 2015, will introduce 400 PhD holders, 4,000 master degree holders, and 30,000 university graduates every year.
