AN inventive outer space fishbowl, the first of its kind in Shandong Province, was shown at Qingdao Underwater World during the Qingming Festival holiday.

    The 3.1-meter-long and 1.5-meter-high fishbowl was produced according to a vacuum design. There are three semi-circle doors at the front side of the fishbowl for visitors to feed and touch the fish while the fish can go freely in the water. The two tons of water do not spill from the fishbowl.

    The Qingdao Underwater World also offers marine biology lessons for children to learn about the sea.
