QINGDAO has opened its biggest and best-equipped community service center for the disabled.

    Located in Kangju residential community in Sifang District, the service center covers an area of 1,200 square meters and has more than 10 functional zones.

    Experts from the city’s Haici Hospital provide professional rehabilitation guidance to disabled people at the center every Tuesday and Thursday.

    The Kangju residential community is the city’s biggest government subsidized rental housing property, which has more than 1,200 apartments.

    There are more than 400 households with the disabled people living in the community.(Li Hao)
