 THE exports of the city-level companies in the first three months hit US$8.765 billion, 31.3 percent higher than a year ago. During the first three months, exports of private companies reached US$2.714 billion, increasing by 41.5 percent compared with last year and accounting for 49.1 percent in the city’s total exports. The exports of the city’s State-owned and foreign companies was US$903 million and US$4.487 billion, increasing by 27.9 percent and 28.4 percent respectively. Exports of textile products, agricultural products and electromechanical products were US$1.671 billion, US$1.154 billion and US$3.368 billion in the first three months, increasing by 31.7 percent, 48.5 percent and 32.2 percent respectively.(Wang Yuanyuan, Shen Junlin) |
