Twenty tourism projects involving an investment of 15 billion yuan will be completed at the end of the year. These are among the 77 big tourism projects launched by the government this year.

    The 77 tourism projects include 42 projects under construction, which involves an investment of 60 billion yuan, and another 35 projects involving 68 billion yuan.

    These tourism projects cover entertainment, cultural sight-seeing, resorts and high-end hotels. Among the hotels are 20 brand-name hotels that belong to Hilton and Shangri-La.
