    The ring

The Queen Mother, and all of the royal women to marry after her, have all incorporated a bit of the same Welsh gold nugget into their wedding rings. Middleton’s ring will no doubt contain some of the same Welsh gold.

    The cake

It is a tradition for the royal wedding cake to be a fruitcake. Even if Prince William and Middleton’s actual wedding cake is not a fruitcake, fruitcake will most likely be on the royal wedding menu somewhere.

    The gown

The Daily Mail quoted an “impeccably placed source” who claims Middleton whisked her personal sketches to an experienced designer to make her vision a reality. Ivory satin, lace and pearls and a 3-meter train are all reportedly part of the creation. Some reports say the surprise co-creator may be Sophie Cranston, who creates couture bridal collections.

    Honeymoon home

It is a tradition for the royal couple to live in a royal apartment appointed for them. However, Prince William and Middleton will be foregoing this royal wedding tradition, and live in Wales. (SD-Agencies)
