    At around 2:15 p.m. on April 30, the third color-painted “Universiade” aircraft of Shenzhen Airlines landed at Bao’an airport after a 15-hour flight from France. We junior journalists went to the airport with the adult reporters to welcome the Universiade aircraft.

    This plane is the third Universiade aircraft and the second one to be painted in full colors. The main color is white, with red and yellow patterns and the Universiade logo on the plane. The patterns stand for our dreams and hopes.

    The door opened slowly. Three officers and two pilots came out. Myself and another two journalists went up to present flowers and paintings to them. They raised our presents over their heads and said thanks to us happily.

    Then we interviewed them about the Universiade aircraft. They said the plane was still empty. The seats and other equipment will be fitted soon. By that time, it will be ready to take off again to carry passengers from all over the world.

    In the meantime, other junior reporters caught the chances to interview the aircraft staff. We had the interviews confidently and smoothly, which drew the attention from other media. We became the interviewees.

    Many adult reporters asked us questions about our involvement in the Universiade promotion. So many cameras and videos were pointing at us. We were so excited to answer their questions.

    Later we entered the plane to experience it. This plane contains the hopes of the Universiade. I believe that the 26th Universiade will be a great success.
