An admirable foreign kung-fu master
    2011-05-11  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

    丛实 南山华侨城小学三年级(5)班 指导老师: 刘佳音

Today, we junior English reporters interviewed a foreign kung-fu master named Frank Williams.

Williams is from South Africa. He has studied taekwondo and kung fu. He used to be a soldier in Africa and a bodyguard in the United Kingdom, and even protected Princess Diana for a night when she wanted to go out and see a show!

He is strong and has big biceps. He was so interested in kung fu that he came to Shaolin Temple to learn it. He stayed there for two years and became skilled at it.

He is also thoughtful and has written articles about Shaolin Temple for some U.S. magazines, including the Black Belt magazine. He said he likes China and can speak a lot of Chinese now.

After the interview, he showed us his double-stick tricks. He played it very well. He can do Qigong as well. No matter how we hit him in the stomach, he does not feel any pain.

This is my first time seeing a foreigner do kung fu so well. And I remember his words: “The best way is to practice if you want to do it well.” I admire him.
