A JOB fair for international talent will be held from July 28 to 29, with more than 400 job vacancies and cooperative projects in more than 10 fields, including logistics and marine engineering.

Experts, entrepreneurs and international talent, who have developed research, patents or investment projects in the marine economy, are welcome to attend the fair, said a source with the city’s human resource and social security bureau.

The city will also provide a 1-million-yuan subsidy to high-level international startups in Qingdao, plus an annual 200,000-yuan research subsidy for five years.

A variety of cash and housing subsidies will be given to professionals.

The city will invite agents of foreign professionals and associations of overseas Chinese to the fair in the hope of attracting more professionals and cooperative projects to Qingdao.

Registration information can be obtained by logging on to www.qdhrss.gov.cn(Li Hao, Jia Feng)
