A ROCKHOPPER penguin has been incubated at the Qingdao Polar Ocean World.

The incubation is the first of its kind in the country.

The rockhopper penguin is the smallest in the family of crested penguins. It mainly lives on the islands of the South Pole and is good at hopping between rocks.
