A MUSIC and dance troupe affiliated with the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) staged the classic revolutionary musical, “Railway Guerrilla,” at Qingdao Grand Theater between June 19 and 20.

    Dozens of young dancers, who once performed at the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing Olympics and Paralympics, earned tides of applause in their two-hour performance by touching and flawless display.

    Written by well-known writer, Liu Zhixia, “Railway Guerrilla” has been adapted into films, TV dramas, operas and comic strips.
