Itinerary

D01: Shenzhen/Xining

Fly to Xining. Check in to the hotel.

D02:Xining/Lhasa (on the train)

Visit Kumbum Monastery and Qinghai Lake. After lunch, take the world’s highest railway Qinghai-Tibet Railway to Lhasa.

D03: Lhasa (height above sea level: 3,650m, 4* hotel)

Arrives at the Holy Land Station — Lhasa Railway Station. Check in to the hotel.

D04: Lhasa (4* hotel)

Free time. Try to get used to altitude sickness.

D05: Lhasa (4* hotel)

Visit Potala Palace, Johkang Temple and Barkhor Market.

D06: Lhasa/Yangbajing/Namtso Lake (4* hotel)

D07: Lhasa/Yamdrok Tso/Shigatse (3,800m, 4* hotel))

D08: Shigatse/Tingri/Xegar/ Tingri (4,250m, 3* hotel)

Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, the Panchen Lama’s Temple and the Sakya Monastery.

D09: Xegar/Mount Qomolangma Base Camp/ Shigatse (4* hotel)

D10: Shigatse/Lhasa (4* hotel)

Visit Panchen Palace.

D11: Lhasa/Chengdu/Shenzhen.

 

Fly back to Shenzhen.Price: RMB7,850 per person
