A SCULPTURE exhibition featuring 100 famous historical and cultural figures in Shandong Province was opened at the art gallery in the city’s 1919 Creative Industrial Park recently.

The sculptures are of celebrities including Confucius, Zhuge Liang, Wang Xizhi, Li Qingzhao, Qiu Chuji, Pu Songling, Gao Fenghan, Kang Youwei, Wen Yiduo, Zhao Dan and Ji Mulin.

The sculptures are the work of more than 50 Chinese sculptors and the exhibition aims at letting residents have a better understanding of the province’s history and culture.
