A TOTAL of nine local tourist attractions, eight local dishes and nine local tourism products have been chosen as the Top 100 Must-see Tourist Attractions, Top 100 Must-taste Dishes and Top 100 Must-have Tourism Products in Shandong Province.

    The nine attractions included two classic tourism routes, such as Laoshan Mountain and coastal scenery zone, and seven newly developed spots, such as the Olympic Sailing Center, Qingdao Beer Museum and Beer Street, Qingdao Undersea World and Chashan Mountain in Pingdu.

    The dishes included Liuting pig feet, rice noodles, stew mince and holothurian, Qingdao bun, Jiaodong shrimp noodles, fish-ball soup and Hongdao seafood.

    The products included traditional Chinese alcohol in Jimo, Tsingtao Beer, Langxietai wine, home appliances by Hisense and Haier, candles and tea from Laoshan Mountain.(Wang Yuanyuan, Fu Jun)
